People are going to quickly get tired of helping you learn this one question at a time. Especially if you don't pay attention to the answers. In another thread **** specifically answered this question for you by giving you this link: http://bjmath.com/bjmath/tcindex/i18index.htm (Archive copy) Did you click on it?

You should read some books, or somehow show you're putting a little effort into this.

thats an absurd reply.... i have kevin blackwoods book in which he never mentions insurance or i missed it and that chart makes no sense to me.... dont tell me im not putting in time... if i didnt care i wouldnt have asked the question

i was saying that your comment about me not putting effort in is absurd.... i mean really... you got messages on this site asking about slot machines.... at least my question is one with the intent to get better at blackjack.... anyway.... so your saying that in a shoe game a tc of +3 ?

I agree with Cancelor. These questions have been asked dozens of times, we dont need a new thread for each new question. This site has a great feature called Search, use it! Or go back to the beginning of the forums and read each and every thread, you'll learn a lot.

Read these books as I suggested and then start asking questions.

1. KO blackjack
2. Blackbelt in Blackjack
3. Blackjack Attack

If you have any questions after reading those we will be more than happy to help you! But if you dont read them you'll have hundreds more questions, which can easily be answered by a couple of books, or using the search feature on this site. Every question you can come up with has probably already been answered on this forum.

Maybe you should ask your friend who was roughed up in A.C. about insurance. If he was dangerous enough to warrant a beating from the casino, he probably could answer all your questions about playing.

I'm going to third (fourth) the comments above... and this goes for ANY forum on the Internet. People want to help, but there are some basic things you can do in the name of ettiquite and lowering the signal-to-noise ratio.
