Interesting BJ game

I have a friend who offers a home blackjack game. Some of us guys go and play over there since Vegas or any other gambling metropolis is not close. The rules he offers are very interesting...

2 decks used
BJ pays even money, but is automatic winner even if dealer has BJ.
DHS17
DAS
Split up to 4 hands
Re-split aces
Double any 2 cards
No surrender
Dealer peeks

What kind of an advantage does the house have on this game?

Penetration will not matter because the even money payout on blackjacks.
Sufficient penetration is enough to overcome just about any bad rule. (Whether it's worth the time is another story)

It's still beatable, but you probably need to ramp up at a TC of +6. If he's dealing most of the cards, and you can spread 1-100, it's quite doable.

Alright, alright...I'm trying to be realistic. You would def. need some advanced techniques to beat this game.

A single deck game with the same rules and 98% PEN heads up would yield an IBA of around -2.something. I'm not near my home computer so I can't give the exact number, but I used a 1:20 spread and that still wasn't enough to beat the game.

JD, I take back my original statement...I should have said, it is not worth the time.
