What is the literal meaning of and the practical application of the term IRC as it relates to card counting? Thank you.
As a user of the KO counting system, it is the "Initial Running Count". Basically, it's where you start counting from.FUHGEDABOUDIT said:What is the literal meaning of and the practical application of the term IRC as it relates to card counting? Thank you.

(Initial number of 2-6)=20*decks
(Initial number of 10-A)=20*decks
Natural IRC=(value of +cards)-(value of -cards)=(20*decks)-(20-decks)=0
KO
(Initial number of 2-7)=24*decks
(Initial number of 10-A)=20*decks
Natural IRC=(value of +cards)-(value of -cards)=(20*decks)-(24-decks)=-4*decks
