i have nothing else to do so i was thinking about taking a bus trip up to MS this week. i'm sick of the lack of 6 deck game in AC and wanna try something new. i read that there is like only 50% pen up there....is it really that bad? thanks

Mohegan is pretty bad, but not 50% pen. Most dealers cut 2/6, which still is lousy. Take a bus to Foxwoods instead.

The amount of money that Mohegan is pissing away every single day through their terrible penetration is mind blowing. Especially given that they don't share table game revenue with CT.

80 tables * 10 fewer rnds/hr * 4 players/rnd * $20 avg bet * 1% avg HA

So about $15,000 a day? Or $5.6 million a year? Sound about right?

Anyone think card counters will take out $5.6 million if they went to a reasonable 75% pen?

Will somebody tell me why casinos can't do basic math??? How much do they think a good counter with a 1.5% edge is going to take from them? Do they not know about variance?? How about the people that often acompany an AP that play slots, roulette, ploppy BJ , etc? I really don't see where the casinos are coming from?
