I went to Jumers in the quad cities IA/IL last night only to see how the rules are and ended up playing a little bit. I thought of covering all the 3 casinos in the area but wasnt able to. Will post the about the other two soon. They have 10 tables with limits 5-500/10-1000/25-1000. All the tables offered the same rules. The games that were open the night were all 6 decks. Pen was good with the 3 dealers i saw. H17 , Split any pair including aces upto 3 times ( 4 hands ), splits can be doubled except aces. Split aces receive one card , Late surrender available. I am not sure about heat. But i noticed something wierd , i was betting red chips , and after sometime i put in one green chip. The dealer called green in play. Also the dealer made a mistake when i waved for stand he thought its a signal to hit and gave me a card busting my 16 against a 10 with a 10. The second hand i was playing was a 6+5 and i doubled it and i got a 4. Naturally i was pissed. I won the double and left the table. What do you guys think about these rules ? Does this compare well with a game with S17 and no surrender and no resplit aces with everything else being the same ?
This place is like an hour or so away from where i live. The usual casino that i play at has same rules without Surrender and no resplit aces.
