Knock out counts...

I am having trouble finding initial and key counts for KO counting.

I am likely to play mostly 6 and 8 decks, but I am sure there is a "table" somewhere in cyber space that states the counts for all playing options. Anybody out there have this info and/or can direct me to a resource that does??

I have changed to KO from hi/lo to avoid conversions or RC to TC. It seems to be helping my game.

BUT..need the above counts to determine when to "turn on the gas" and increase the bets.

Thanks guys....

You really should purchase the KO book if you are going to use that system.
The IRC is calculated by this formula. IRC= 4-(number of decks x 4)
The pivot is a constant and is determined by the final count of the tags in the deck(s). When using the above IRC your pivot will always be +4.
The key count is the point when the cards turn positive for the player. This number varies depending on the rules and penetration. A sim can help you determine this or you can use the numbers in the KO book which has been simmed for an average game. The keys are the following.
1 deck +2
2 deck +1
4 deck -1
6 deck -4
8 deck -6

You can buy it for $5 on Half.com, $10 on eBay or $9 on Amazon.

I guess you would say that Knock-Out Blackjack is "the" KO book.
