KO and lucky ladies bet for 6 or 8 deck

Can anyone provide me with the right index numbers when to bet the side bet correlating to the lucky ladies bet playing 6 or 8 deck in AC using KO count.

I hve seen the link but it only refers to 6 deck game what is plus 10 with KO. I need it for 8 deck. Can you do some info for me.
