KO Betting Spread for shoes?

I noticed around the board, that the senior members and above recommend a betting spread of 1:20 for 6/8 shoes.

My question is what does this spread look like? Is it the same as a 1:10 spread but doubled for the counts?

eg 8 deck
count - bet
-7 1
-6 4
-5 4
...
-3 6
-2 8
-5 10
...

You have the same top bet as you would with your 1-10 spread, but you lower your minimum bet by 1/2 to make the spread 1-20.
