KO ramp for DD poor penetration?

Does anyone have thoughts on a good KO betting ramp for a DD H17 DOA DAS RSA game, with only 50-60% penetration?

I don't understand why they used a S17 75% penetration benchmark for DD throughout the book. Where the hell are they finding this mythical game?

Also, would I be better off going with a 6D game, same rules plus LS & 80% penetration?

i would play the 6D.

Renzey mentions that you can use a slighly higher betting ramp in a poor pen game.
