KO RC-TC spreadsheet - 2/6/8 decks

By popular demand, I have updated the spreadsheet again. Now there are three tabs, one each for 6 decks, 8 decks, and 2 decks. Not sure how much this is necessary for 2 decks, but it only took a minute...

What is meant by "bet ramp 2?" Is it where max bet begins? I notice that KO book suggests beginning the ramp up at -4, while your chart has it as -3 with 3 decks remaining. Is this due to rounding? Does the beginning of ramp 1 coincide with key count, showing how key count migrates south the more cards are remaining?

This thread should be a sticky. It's referenced enough!
I agree, 100%...I just referenced this spreadsheet yesterday I believe. Great piece of work helpful to all KO players. Thanks, KO-Rob!

Bet ramp 1 is the TC where you start increasing bets and bet ramp 2 is the TC at your max bet where you stop. Personally, I changed bet ramp 2 to +4. This makes it the same throughout the deck.
