las vegas counter measures

As I was reading and responding to the rudest back off thread, I got to thinking. The backoff is pretty much all the casino's have left. Recent court case losses seem to have, if not ended, at least severely diminished the goon like behaviors of yesterday, like back room beatings and even detaining players. They still try to intimidate, but in reality they have nothing. Even trespassing is an empty threat. I am not an attorney (and neither is my little brother...) but my understanding of the Wilkinson case is even after being trespassed, if you return to that casino, you still have to be given the opportunity to leave before being detained. I have brought this up several times before on both boards and have yet to have anyone who has a legal background dispute that. Of course the casino's aren't going to tell you that their trespass's are pretty much meaningless. They still try to intimidate.

But my question is, I wonder if the loss of means to protect their games have lead to the decline in quality of games over the past couple years, much like how Ken Uston's "victory" in AC did? Any thoughts?

sounds right to me. i wonder if this ruling applies in PA. i would like to play in PA again
I wouldn't count on that. Different states interpret things differently as evident by the completely different rulings Uston has in Nevada and NJ on basically the same issue.

Were you trespassed and banned at a Pa Casino? I thought I read somewhere that like NJ, they could not ban players strictly for using legal advantage play methods? It may have been on the official state website. I remember reading through all that very long legalese document, last summer, looking for the part where the state mandates the rules for all locations.
