Las Vegas Sucker bets

I just watched this show on the travel channel called Las Vegas Sucker bets it never mentioned anything about 6/5 blackjack. There were a couple things that really bothered me about this show. One particular statement bugged me, Max Rubin is playing Super Fun 21 he states Super Fun 21 is a good game! While he is playing the narrator's voice of the show mentions when he gets a diamond suited blackjack it pays 2:1, but fails to mention that all other blackjacks pays even money. Every statistic I have ever seen from Super Fun 21 has the house with over 1% edge with BS.

1% is not a sucker bet compared to many Vegas games.Given a choice of Sic Bo,Roulette, the Big Wheel,Slot Machines, keno or SuperFun BJ,go with the SF.

At the end of the show there is competition between Anthony Curtis who is representing the gambler that plays by the math and Max Rubin who is the long shot gambler that goes by hunches. They each are given $25 for each game they play. The games they play are craps, roulette, VP, Blackjack, Baccarat and Slots. When choosing a blackjack game to play he mentions Super Fun 21 is good game. A lot people could easily interpret this as Super Fun 21 is good game compared to other blackjack games. I should have been more detailed in my first post.

I remember that show! Max was in super-ploppy mode. And I think he won the little competition because of a big video poker win, which supported his thesis that for the average joe on a short trip, it doesn't really matter what you'll do.
