level 2 counting system

Is a level 2 card counting system more accurate than a level 1? Level 1 seems pretty accurate. How much more is level 2? Would it be worth it to learn a level 2 system? What is a good level 2 to learn?

Level 2 systems gain most of there advantage by having a greater playing efficiency. More indices. Its not worth it in my opinion, unless you are going pro or just that smart that a level one system is so easy.

What do you mean by playing efficiency and indices? What are indixes?
And playing efficiency to me means that the game is more accurate. What is your definition of playing efficiency? If the game is more accurate on a level 2 then we should be learning level 2. No? And what are indices? I haven't ran across that word in any of my blackjack books yet. :)

Indices are basic strategy deviations based on the count. For example, if you know that the remaining cards are mostly high cards then you would hit less (to avoid busting) and double down more often (because you know the high cards are coming and that the dealer is more likely to bust). The more accurate the playing efficiency (PE), the more accurate your playing will be.

This link below will give you an idea of what the terms PE, BC and IC mean as well as a comparison of different systems:
