The Venetian is lighting money on fire. They are using a 4 pass shuffle on their blackjack games. 4 passes! And there's strips! Not just a 4 pass riffle, but they have to strip it in case someone is trying to track an ace through 4 passes!
With some of the slower dealers it takes 6-8 minutes to finish the shuffle. They may literally be spending 1/3 of their table time shuffling. Morons. And they cut 2 decks off.
