For a time a local store decided to control seating in a busy pit by limiting players to a single box (instead of just raising the minimum :laugh. I liked it, as there were six tables together, so you could backcount/wong at will, knowing that there will always be an box available at a table with a good count. Was I wrong?

Busy pit and box available do not seem to go together, nor is the assumption that a box will always be available at a good count.

I could see this being both good and bad. At the busiest times, with a low table minimum, I would think all spots would be filled. But at off-peak hours, this would definitely provide more wonging opportunities! Nice!

Yes. Must have received complaints plus the drop had to decline.
