I am not an AP, but believe it would be extremely difficult to survive more than a few days or months before attracting too much attention spreading and wonging. (local casino)

With only a single casino,I'd imagine it would be tough. But remember there are 21 shifts in a casino and the same PB only works 5 of them each week.
You can play an hour a day six days a week but if you work the various shifts,it will appear you play much less frequently.
Assume the shifts are 8-4,4-12,12-8. You can play
Monday at 10am,
Tuesday at 5pm
Weds at 3am
Thursday at noon
Friday at 5PM
Sat at 6am

You played every day but the same crew will have only seen you twice.Keep track of the pit,who works when, ect, ect. If you keep a low profile and blend in,you might get away with it for quite awhile.

Disguising your lifetime win (by ratholing chips and any other method you can think of) would be extra important.

It depends on how good (or paranoid) they are when it comes to identifying advantage players. Many casinos in isolated areas really don't have a clue about counting, and you might get away with a lot more aggression than you could in Las vegas. If this is one of the more naive casinos, a lifetime win (or lack of losses) are more likely than anything else to burn you in the long run. EasyRhino's suggestion to rathole is a very good idea given your situation.

One thing I did (since I primarily play at one casino)..

I ALWAYS show my players card when I buy in at Craps, play VP or slots (very little slot play) but I will only show my players card at BJ when I am specifically asked.

As of right now I'm up about $7500 at that particular casino. But in their system they say I'm only up around $2000.

Another big thing, of course, is the frequency of play. If you only play once a month, you could last a long time (looking at the calendar)

Not only that, but 10 sessions spread over the month would probably be less attention getting than 10 sessions spread over the week.
