Lucky Ladies with poor payout table

I think I remember zg mentioning something about how the "bad" Lucky Ladies game cannot be beaten. Given the following payout table, is this game beatable, and is there some sort of analysis confirming the advantage point (if there is one)? Granted I know nothing, but it seems with the count being high enough, it is technically beatable, but I would also assume that with the reduced payout table those super high counts wouldn't come along often enough to every play. Anyway here's the table:

Hand

Pair of queens with dealer BJ 250 to 1
Pair of queens 25 to 1
Ranked 20 9 to 1
Suited 20 6 to 1
Any 20 3 to 1
Non-20 -1 to 1

i just saw someone hit the 1000 to 1 a few days ago at a local joint.

I once had the 125 to one, of course with no side bet at the time. Gah!!!, I am not big on the side bet games, overall its a sucker bet IMO, but the bad thing is I was at a betting level I was throwing a $25 chip out there once in a while, that would have been sweet!!

That side bet is beatable only if you are profietient at counting cards!!!

That side bet is like insurance you need a really high count to take it and will usually decline your option. Say you are counting cards and you figure out that their are only ten's left in the deck in that case you are guranteed to get 20 that will not happen very often but when it does you bet the side bet other pass on it unless the count is so richely positive that it is in your favor to bet on it. Although it is extremely rare to have a high count you have the option not to take the side bets when the count is not up to stuff. However if you are not counting cards it is horrible bet and you will lose your money so fast you will not know what hit you!!!
