Being new not only to this forum but to BJ (but a student in training) I want to ask, how/where do I get a *dictionary* of BJ language.? The other question is; do you think it a good move, to get this "Casino Verite Blackjack" software.? I'm open to any suggestions and help. Thank you.

I've been using Casino Verite for training and am really pleased with how useful it is, particularly in light that I learn by repetition. You will have to read up on a counting system from the relevant book(s) that describe it becasue CV only enters the counting system you select and identifies playing errors. I'm using KO Preferred and have found it very accessible.

Language of Casino Twenty-One at the Back of

Carlson's book "Blackjack for Blood".

That prompted me to look in many other books, and
almost all of them have at least a glossary of BJ/gambling
terms at the back of the book.

Wong's 'Pro BJ' and 'BJ Secrets', Renzey's 'BJ Bluebook II',
Blaine's 'BJ Blueprint' and May's "Get the Edge at Blackjack"
all have terminology at the end of the books. Interestingly,
Snyder's "Blackbelt in Blackjack" does not have a glossary.

Absolutely. Cheap at twice the price.

But I freely admit I'm prejudiced just because I think the guy's a genius.

Norm, Norm, wherefore art thou?

We miss you. Well I do anyway.
