Online Card Counting

Has anyone ever thought about counting at online casinos that offer live blackjack?

Coupled with bonuses that allow you to clear your wagering requirement by playing blackjack seems like it can be powerful, considering no distractions, no heat, and any resources you have at home. Also, one other thing to consider is that the table limits for online blackjack almost always have a minimum of $1, with maximums from $300-$500. Not to mention the fact you can just watch and wait for a count worth playing! Or you could even bet on all seats to play heads up with the dealer! True, you can't use some advanced techniques that yield a much higher EV, but you would still have an edge.

I suppose you would have to trust that they are not tampering with the decks, but after observing a few shuffles you should be able smell foul play. Anyways, I was just wondering what people were thinking so any feedback would be great. Thanks in advance,

Rob.

P.S. We all know how many posts there are on the internet about whether you can trust online casinos so hopefully this won't turn into another.

One of the main problems with the live online games is that they are wretchedly slow. In many cases you just can’t get down enough action to make them worthwhile.

I'll second that. I watched a live internet game once and it was WAY TOO SLOW to make any money. With limist 1-500, you coulld spread 1 dollar to 500 but I have a feeling you wouldn't last long with a 1-500 spread!

I haven't seen any live online blackjack. There isn't any at bet365 that you recommended. What are you talking about?

I still dont' see where it says "Live blackjack". Is it live with a "real" dealer? Or is it a computer? If it is live, then is it in an actual casino with other live players?

If it was a computer it wouldn't be slow =_=

Yes, there's a lady dealer standing there dealing out large cards. Major lag (probably while people are keeping the count).

computers shuffle after every deal. That would be the same as playing computer blackjack in the casino like playing video poker but video blackjack.
