Was at a local casino today and I noticed during a shoe a huge run of aces come out, a very large amount of aces in a small group of cards, at least a dozen aces in about 35-40 cards. This was at a table with an ASM. The shoe finishes and I think to myself to watch for them the next time around. We finish the shoe after that, and the shoe with the ace packet comes back out of the ASM. About 2 decks into the shoe a huge packet of aces appeared. After seeing two come out I upped my bet a bit and I caught one for a soft 19. I didn't get any others, but I saw most of them come out, about 10 in the same range of cards as before, 35-40 by my guess.
Anyone have any experience with this? Think it was just a fluke? I realize it could've been chance, but it seemed like there was a correlation.
