I may have slightly different opinions:
Pechanga: I haven't been there in a year, but the rules are pretty poor (6D H17 DOA DAS noLS). But the big advantage seemed to be that the place is a friggin' barn (pits and tables everywhere), so lots of wonging opportunities.
Pala: As ih17 mentioned, but one annoyance with their shoes is that they don't reshuffle when the table goes empty, so you have all these dealers standing around on a dead layout with 3 decks dealt.
Pauma: The good news is that you can find $5 minimums. One dealer was only cutting off one deck on the 8D game one time. Oh, and that's also where I got backed off once I spread to over $100.
Harrah's Rincon: Standard Harrah's (grim) situation (mainlyCSM, a couple 8D shoe games (15$-25$), and a couple of 2d games(25$))
Valley View: 6D and 8D games, surrender offered. Penetration on the 6D games is usually 1.5 decks cut or less, so I'd call it okay pen. Kind of a low roller joint (table min/max is most often $10-$500). Only one pit of 6 playable tables, but I think I saw they will be opening another pit in a month.
