Players/House Edge for these rules?

Does someone know the edge for this?
1D, S17, NDAS, DO9, RS=1 RSA, 1 card on RSA, LS10
I'm a bit curious as you can't surrender against a Dealers Ace ect

I never liked the RS notation as I find it confusing. How many hands can you split to and how many hands can you split aces to? I assume the latter means no hitting to split aces?

TD: -0.120585575689437%
2C: -0.099227041540179%
CD: -0.091929124103199%
 
Its (Dead link: http://www.russiancasino.ru) but I don't know how they are with cashout ect. as I only played with playmoney yet. I would have deposit money there, but I only have Neteller and they don't support that.
