Playing at the same table as another counter

I was playing at the same table as another counter the other day. I was raising my bet with the count, and spreading to 2 hands and wonging out. Someone else at the table was playing one hand and also raising his bets when the count went up. He got mad at me for wonging and spreading to 2 hands, rightfully so because he was playing all counts and I was reducing his advantage. I assumed he was a counter, and so I left the table when the count went south. I obviously couldn't ask if he was counting.

Two counters not affiliated with each other at the same table can only add up to trouble. Two people changing their bets with the count would definitely attract heat. I know I myself get mad if a new ploppy enters the table in a + count, and I tell them to wait because they'll "change the flow of the cards". But in a - count, I tell 'em to jump right in, and I use it as an excuse to wong out.

I was playing with a team mate on the East Coast and we both quickly realized he was playing at a table with another counter. My friend invited him to eat dinner with us and it turned out he is a member of this forum!

Things can be real Boss with another AP at he table, I have done it often and will continue too, as they are usually my BJ Bro's.

Now sometimes if you do not know the other AP they may try to show you up and get competitive, one instance comes to mind. I watched this AP guy before getting into the game, he liked to talk and show off, used some corny cover, and when he turned to jive talking me and attempting to scavaging my hands he had crossed the line as that was a big mistake on his part. I then began to jaw back at him and I started to play aggressive, swinging from one to two at any plus situation, among other things,, and before long he blew up and would not play at all if I jumped too two, he would pull back his bet and stew, near the end of the shoe I really turned it on to the point that him and his teammate actually dropped their jaws, and by this time his chip stack had went from extra large to zilch:laugh:
His carrying on stopped and he left the table with a very long face.

Moral of the story, never show disrespect to another AP, and I mean a real AP, as it will most likely come back to haunt you.;)
