It's not just for APs anymore. Sometimes the ploppies are getting backroomed as well!

On the day Taylor was banned from the casino, security staff blocked her vehicle from leaving and forced her and her 77-year-old husband to come to separate locations to be “‘processed’ off the premises,” the document said.

During this time, (casino staff) used threats, coercion, and threatened criminal prosecution,” according to the document.

Richardson said the casino treated Taylor “like a criminal.”

Those Station casinos will bar anybody! Luckily the woman is suing over the “severe emotional distress” of not being able to gamble anymore.

Richardson said the event caused Taylor “extreme emotional distress,” and is suing for $1 million in punitive damages.

According to the complaint, Taylor suffered “humiliation, mental anguish, and severe emotional and physical distress …” as a result and incurred hospital expenses for treatment of these problems…It lists anxiety, nausea, blurred vision, migraines, elevated blood pressure and asthma as some of the symptoms she had following the incident.

I want more details on being stalked and sexually harassed by a 71 year old woman! This case would be funny if it didn't involve abuse by casinos. I'f I had to bet, I'd say the real reason for the barring is something fully unmentioned in the article.

Another reason they may have picked a ploppy to backroom- in Lincoln they will certainly never have any AP's to pick on. I gambled on a sidetrip to that store and it was the most unplayable environment I've ever seen.

Thunder Valley has arguably the best double deck blackjack games in the world. 75% penetration with h17,d9,ds. This is a new business plan by Station Casinos, to give the customers a fair shake at 21. If they dare to bar me for playing a winning game of 21, all hell will break loose. I will use the legislative process up to Governor Swartzenegger to punish Thunder Valley. They must sign a compact with the state to operate. As citizens of the state, we have the right to challenge their business practices. Up to tearing up the compact with them, if they abuse citizens of the state of California.

All hell will break loose? What does that even mean? If they are allowed to bar you by law they will, if they aren't allowed to bar you they will just flatbet you. It is basically as simple as that. You do not have any legal recourse against them. Or wait......

Is there some new for of a legal system that you invented that is far superior to the current one that you haven't shared with us yet? Something tells me that if history repeats itself your new legal system will be a bit ineffective and no better than the current one. However we won't be able to definitively prove this since you won't give us any important information on it.

I beat CBJN to the punch with the 75% penetration slots on all its eight double deck tables. It was not even reported in later issues.The reporter for Stanford Wong was asleep at the wheel. The cards are inspected on the podium in the middle of the pit by a floorperson. I sat next to the podium and watched the countdown for any kind of chicanery. Everything looked on the square. I saw all the cards and they were taken to every table and inserted in the shuffling machines. This was done to not slow down the game and save time. More hands played, more money made :laugh:

Good luck "breaking all hell loose", in tribal land

There is nothing in the tribal compacts with California that would prevent them from banning anyone from their casino.

Also, along with others, I know of many DD games that are superior.

I was referring to a link that Sonny provided by the Lincoln newspaper about the backrooming of a customer. This is kidnapping when a counter is only suspected of card counting only. If counters are backroomed against their wills, the state will investigate. The compacts with the state of California be can null and void if felonies are committed by Indian tribes on its citizens.

Name any casino that has 8 DD games with 75% guaranteed penetration? Not a hole in a wall with one game. Thunder Valley is a carpet joint the size of Treasure Island in Vegas. You might name a sawdust joint or two with one DD table and a sloppy dealer.

How about this.
Less but decent pen, about 65% but S-17, DA, DAS?
In this case the rules will make up for the 10 less cards dealt.
