POLL: How many hours/year do you play

darned if i know for sure, just guessing circa 150 maybe, maybe more.
it changes with the wind, lol.
other stuff not included, just blackjack, 150 maybe more, just depends i guess.
for the most part i try and play the least amount possible and make the most money i can with what risk is acceptable to me, sorta thing when it comes to blackjack.
that could change, lol.

Seems like there was a similar type poll pretty recently, because I remember thinking there was a need to better define hours played. Does scouting time count as hours played or strickly time spent in a seat at a blackjack table. I personally don't keep track of my results in hours or time but rather hands played, but this one is pretty easy for me. I know I am way above 750 hours per year.

I track my results in terms of time played. I'm "on the clock" when I sit down at the first table, until the time I move on to the next place. This would include wong-outs, bathroom breaks, but not meal breaks. We really don't need precision to the 4th decimal place, nor do we need to have a 15 page discussion on how we define professional I do have a friend who uses a stop watch to time his play. He's a lawyer, so he was trained to track that way so he can bill by the minute

exactly!
i for one spend hours and hours, sometimes doin nuthin in the joints.
actual plays might be minuscule to all that.
