PowerSim is an open source blackjack simulation program. If you know how to write computer programs then you can program in your playing and betting strategy to see how well your strategies work. You can also hack the program to simulate different rules (6:5 blackjack, SuperFun 21, DAS/nDAS, etc.).

I do not recommend it. There are many other professional simulator programs available that do not require computer programming skills and are much easier to use. They are not free like PowerSim, but you can buy them for only $30-$40 and they are more reliable in my opinion.

I certainly don’t mean to belittle the program. It is fairly impressive and probably took a long time to write, but I just don’t think it is very useful for most people.

Especially considering that BJStrat and the Jensen Algebraic Excel were both already avaiable for free. zg
BJSTRAT DOS Index Generator (ZIP D/L)

JensenAlgebraic Index Calc (ZIP DL)

It should be noted that BJSTRAT & JensenAlgebraic Index Calc only provide estimates; not accurate indexes. Also, I know of no $30-$40 simulator that can generate accurate indexes.
