Question about 16v10

Sorry if this is a really stupid question. Newbie trying to get a handle on a few things here.

I've read that you should surrender a 16 versus 10 if the casino offers late surrender. But when reading all of these charts like the illustrious 18, etc, they only mention things like standing when the true count is above zero. They don't mention surrendering at all.

Do the charts have these figures up there, assuming that surrender isn't available? Do I always surrender the hand if it's available, and only go to these chart figures if surrender isn't an option?

Thanks!

Surrender takes priority. Note that there are indices for the surrender plays as well.

Yes, there ARE BS charts that show the surrender plays. Praise the Flying Spaghetti Monster! zg

surrender is the right move and takes priority over all other decisions.

it is one of the worst played rules in the casino by people who have no idea how it works. learn how it works and it will really help out your game.
