Question about CVDATA

I'm new to counting and purchased some of the QFIT programs, however, with CVDATA, it won't run any simulations. I'm 99% sure I have all of the settings correct, even followed the annoying cassie sim once, but when I click on simulation, it's acting like it wants to start (goes the the big white screen saying less than 200 mil simulations are useless) and shows the betting and card counting strat I plan on using, but no activity starts. Ever. I've tried multiple times. It's not running any activity what-so-ever when I check my CPU usage, and I have a core 2 duo, so I know that's not the issue.

I've looked all over, and haven't seen any help regarding this, just curious if anyone here could help! Much appreciated.

Could be a corrupted file. From the menu, select TOOLS then EXPORT and send me the export file.

Yes, I agree, support is excellent! He is very quick to respond.

I'm using Vista Business 32bit, and the issue seemed to be caused by me picking 2 threads (since I have a dual core cpu). The issue was solved by switching it to one.
