A little while ago, I was barred from a blackjack at a casino in Nevada. The specific words I heard were "You are no longer welcome to play blackjack at any of our properties."
I am assuming that this means I am barred from all of this casinos properties everywhere, but I am under the impression that you can't be barred in some places, at least New Jersey. So, if I went to the same company's AC store and used my player's card, I wouldn't be ejected, but just half-shoed, right (not that that is a good thing)?
This was my first experience with any type of back-off and it seems they went right for the jugular here. I am guessing that their computer says that I can't play any more at any of their stores, but I don't know for sure. Is this worth testing out, going to a store in a different state and seeing what happens? If I am in their computer would they most likely just escort me out if caught playing, or would they be calling police? They said I could enter casino and play other games, just not blackjack.
Also does anyone know if there are any other state based intricacies to being barred from blackjack? Especially interested in any mid-west intricacies.
Thanks guys!
