quick reminder needed for ROX calculations

I can't recall the correct way to make ROX calculations:

is it number of rounds plus number of players?
or
is it number of rounds TIMES number of players?

is six rounds for one player RO6 or RO7, 6 right?

is 4 rounds for two players RO6 or RO8? 8?

leaving for vegas soon and my brain feels soggy... help!

rounds plus players = ROX

e.g.
5 rounds + 2 players = RO7
6 rounds + 1 player = RO7
