Red 7 to Hi-Lo Lite: Worth the Switch?

I was again reading Snyder's Blackbelt in Blackjack, and he says that the Hi-Lo Lite is more powerful than the Advanced Red 7 if you use advanced Methods or do Team Play.

I am using Red 7 right now with my team that I am starting and am wondering how much more EV/an edge can we get if we switch to Hi-Lo Lite.

We could make the switch easily and without losing any effiecieny I am sure.
