Replenishable BR and ROR

Would it be right to say that if you are playing with a replenishable roll, your ROR is irrelevant as long as it is lower than your chance to double up? And if so, is there sim software available that can calculate this?

Your ROR should still be important, but you will want to include your non-liquid assets in the formula as well. Here's a good guide:
