Resorts has spent the better part of a year trying to convince the New Jersey Gambling Commision that it has severed ties with former CEO william Yung. It recently sent a letter stating that Mr Yung was no longer involved in any capacity and enclosed a check for $100,000 as a proposed settlement of the case against them. Problem was the check was signed by William Yung.
It was reported this week that Mr Yungs $37 million dollar stake in Resorts/Colony is now worth zero.

I've definitely been taking my business elsewhere in 2009. Comps have toned down, crews less friendly, and a lot of people pulling BS in there.

Add this to the list, I guess.

good luck :joker:

Yes, but at the moment they have pretty good rules for AC. $25, 6 deck, stand 17, very average pen deck and a half cut of. sometimes a bit less. But you can still enter mid shoe, which is becoming rare in AC. Plus they are rarely crowded. They also almost always have $10 tables, which also are stand soft 17, they are 8 decks though.
