After getting kicked out of a very good game im considering going back and using a disguise. I would dress different wear glasses and drastically change my hair. The only problem is when I got backed off before i was using my Player's card. So this time i would just not use a pc and not use my id. I was just worried that at some point they will ask for my ID. They will ask for my name. Should i give them a fake name? Tell them no? Do i have the right to refuse to give up my id? Will I get in any trouble for failure to provide ID??

Use either a novelty ID -mailorder or homemade (out-of-state)- or get someone else's player's card and use it. zgCass said:

I.ve done that, even used credits on them, BUT not advisable, could be construed as fraud. Get the cards from friends or family with tacit permission. zgshadroch said:

If I were in your shoes I would wait the 72hrs and then go back there and play video poker, tight craps or something else that won't bankrupt you quicky. This way , if they don't give you any hassle you can probably assume that your "friendly notice" was about BJ and card counting. Then, since your up 7 Large anyway, go West, young man! and spend an enjoyable week in Vegas or Reno/ Tahoe (much more comfortable weather at this time of year). That should give you enough breathing room with those "Fake Indians" . When you do go back there, try a short session at BJ with BS only. This will give you a read on where they're coming from.

BJ Bob has it right. I know the feeling of being backed off at a local, favorite store. It almost feels like you have been violated. The casino will still be there in a few months. Getting involved with cloak-and-dagger stuff is very unlikely to work, will definitely get you permanently banned and you could end up in a situation where you are abused in some way. So I'd give that place a rest and find some other place to play. When you go back, spread your action around on some low-cost bets so you look more like a desirable patron than a threat to them.Cass said:
