If you are a pit-boss, what is the mental checklist you go through to determine if a player is a threat to the house?

Does this person ever bet big?
If they do, is it in short spurts?
Are they looking at each card?
Can they play properly?
Do they seem nervous when I talk to them?

Then I walk up behind the dealer and whisper
in his ear "cc shuffle up" and hope you move on.
If I can handle you without getting anyone else
involved I am more likely to get promoted.

If I'm a dealer that wants to become a PB
I'd have you spoted and would shuffle up on
you without my PB whispering in my ear. In
fact, I can make sure you hardly ever see an
A at my table when it is hand dealt.
