SIM req. DD 75% pen w/H17 vs 66% pen w/S17

Can someone run a sim for me comparing say the

Vegas DD with 66% pen and s17,ds,sc

vs

Local Joint DD with 75% pen and H17,ds,sc

My guess is that pen rules above all.

I'd be curious what the difference is with a 1-4/ 1-6 / 1-8 spread

Do some consumer's research and buy some software. I don't even completely understand your question nor do I want to. Simulations for myself are hard enough. There are a lot of variables that require input for a simulation and you only mentioned a few of them.

No sim required. This information is in chapter 10 of Blackjack Attack, along with pretty much any other game you would want. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy here at work. As a guess I would agree that the penetration will be the deciding factor. The difference between 75% and 66% in a DD game is significant.
