Single deck: 16 against dealer's 10 or Ace

Wizard of Odds strategy card says to Stand (http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/strategy/1deck.html) while this site says to Hit (http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bjbse.php).
Now I know it is a close call, but one must be right and the other wrong.

The chart at wizard of odds says Surrender, otherwise Hit for 16 v T or A.

No, that's not what it says. It says "Rh" which is translated at the bottom as "surrender if allowed, otherwise STAND".

That is a mistake in the legend at the bottom of his chart. "Rh" should mean "Surrender if allowed, otherwise hit". Note that the one of the two charts on that page has the error while the other does not in the legend.
