You are tracked alot more then you think inside some joints. On a recent outing the pit asked if I had a card which I told him I'm already logged in. He became confused and asked if I changed my shirt when he checked his computer screen. This kinda gave me the heebe jeebees because I never really thought they punched in what your wearing at the time. Apparently they do which makes me believe that alot of joints punch in what your wearing regardless wether you use a card or not.

Maybe they load a picture of you when they log you in. Unless they're really fast with the one finger most of them use, they don't spend enough time to type in details like what you're wearing.

A refusal...as a particular store calls me, always types in what i am wearing. They do that with all non card holders....

They do it with card-holders, too. it's a way to help them track players in case they switch seats, etc. Nothing really sinister about it.

I was sitting at the seat next to the table-side computer one day and they used the computer at my table to update info on someone at the table next to me. I was able to see that they had descriptions of each player at that table entered into the computer. Some of it was in shorthand to abbreviate certain things, which I was able to partially interpret, but they noted the color and type of shirt (striped, solid, polo, tee, etc.), any identifying wording on the clothes such as logos, sports teams, etc. I don't recall if they noted things like age, hair color, glasses, etc., but they probably do at many places. While this is annoying and does make it easier for them to track you on a given visit, it's better than using a card since they won't be able to tie your visits together. At least not easily.
