Going over the BS for S21, I noticed that 11v10 is hit if you have 3 or more cards. It seems that an 11 composed of more cards is more valueble than an 11 of just 2. The only explanation I can think of is that 2 card 11s typically have more 4s, 5s, and 6s which have a higher EOR than what would come up with the 3+ card 11s. Anyone care to explain?

PS: Possibly the bonus to 5+ card 21s?

It is indeed the bonus, but... when the count is moderately positive you are better off doubling on 3 cards.

How do you define moderately positive?
