Special Promotions

Is there anyway to find casinos with special promotions on-line? Or do you pretty much have to go into the casino to find them?

I mean promotions like BJs pay 2-1 and so on...

i have found two casino promotions by checking their websites.
one was 2-1
one was suited 3-1

i don't look for them outright, i just found them when i was doing research on whether or not to check out a particular casino. these two were both over 30 minutes away from where i was at the time---so i did the extra advanced recon and found both gems.
