Switching to High Stakes

Hey guys. It's been awhile, but I have a question. So because I am only 18 I go to an Indian Casino called Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant Michigan, and the only low-limit BJ games they offer are CSM.

Now, i get told time after time on this forum and in books not to play against these CSMs, but since i spent so much time reading about BJ and learning BS i felt like i needed to play and maybe i could have a short-term run of luck.

Well, after losing in the Long Run over $800 at the tables (alot for me, a college kid), I have decided to actually stop playing those CSM tables, and only play poker until I can afford to play the High Limit, Double Deck tables.

My question is, I have not checked to see the high limit requirements, but what would you think the high limit table minimum bet would be if the max is $1,000?

If the max is $1000 then the min is most likely $50. That is what I have seen in most casinos. If the min bet is $100 then you can expect a table max of $2500. $25 table min usually max out at $500.

Big difference from the tables I saw in Vegas - min of $5, max $3000.

:)

Hell, my local casino is $5 min, $50 max!

That's really impossible to say.

Atlantic City I see $10 min $300 or $500 max. Las Vegas I see $5 min $3000 max.
