What is an effective method of implementing gorilla play in a team environment without generating "heat"? For instance, assuming i have 2-3 counters situated at various tables, and each have signals for signaling the gorilla into and out of play, how do i move the gorilla from one table to the other without the pit or surveillance questioning it? My gorilla is playing anywhere from $100-500 per hand, and I want to minimize the amount of time he has to play when a new shoe starts.
Should the method be that once a shoe is finished, he should find an excuse, i.e. phone call, go to bar, etc. to leave? Or should he be playing a hand or 2 off the new shoe being dealt and then leave, or possibly a combination of the two? How long do you think I can keep this up in a casino? We are a young group, and honestly, can pass for dumb college kids who drank way too much.
I would appreciate any comments from the board. I wish everyone great cards!
