I have the DVD at home. It's pretty cheesy but if you're interested in that kind of stuff it is fun to watch. He also did an interview on Snyder's site:

Yes, the dealer had to hit 20. Just kidding.
This is what happens with cheaper production and perhaps editors, actors, directors and whatever who have no clue about what they are producing.
Face it, to make the prediction that Hyland made, guessing it was a very high count, the dealer should have been showing a 5 or similar card and had a ten in the hole. Does not take much to set this up for filming, they blew it and then did not catch it and everytime it plays people notice it.
