The dealers eyes

There is nothing like the watching the spark in the dealers eyes when you make a good index play. It is almost like you are performing some feat of magic.

Especially the newbies.

Usually a mumbling comment, most dealers do not enjoy looking into my eyes when I am in stalking mode.

I rarely see the spark, nor eye of the rat. I usually just see some Joe that doesn't give a damn one way or the other and is just thinking ahead to the end of his shift and what ever he does on his own time. Usually these people look and react like the creatures from that new zombie movie. I think they just want to get through their work day with as little hassel as possible.

dealers ayes'

Clueless yes,but not all and some very sharp for they play the game themselves. Underestimating your enemy is the most deadly mistake for any animal of prey. Asian dealers can be the most attuned to the table action and any player that seems to be more than lucky. What the dealer does with that information is the important thing. It's always best to keep the dealer on your side or move to another table if you suspect you've been made.

Great point.

But most Asian dealers don't communicate well with their supervisors,or they tend not to

Asian dealers

I have noticed tension between asian dealers and the pit but it doesn't stop there. The spanish dealers especially the female have an axe to grind with the pit. I always enjoy fast and efficient dealers which to me correlates to asian and spanish females. I always tag the asians as dragon ladies which I think they love.
