how can he legally say guarantee over 1.5k per visit without rist even if he's getting 1.97% advantage?

sounds like he's describing KO preferred

Could someone with a good attourney take him to court if they could somehow retrieve video survailance of the player using his 'system' to a T and losing?

I'm not clicking on that link but I can tell you it is a scam. NOONE can guarantee you 1.5k on a consistent basis no matter what system you use. Basically the only way to GUARANTEE that you will win is to cheat, and I do not advise that!

If the website look like this, it's a scam:

(Insert text with yellow highlight here)

(Insert text saying how much you will win every days with no effort)

Variant: you can also say it will make a lot of money but that it does take efforts to make it look more real.

(Insert a light yellow box here) (Say you can make X ammount of money easily doing X thing) (Insert random names and quote stuff like "I made X amount of money in X amount of time"
(Insert a lot of yellow highlighted text as well as big red text in the text, usually a really long text.

This was the painful line:

Think about it. You could go with a bankroll of about $45 in a night, and transform those into $1577 – EVERY SINGLE DAY…
It does sound like he's shilling card counter related info. Nothing wrong with that. It also sounds like it's of dubious quality, though.

Oh god. It's $300. I stopped reading.

This guy is a saint.Every person who buys it is saving $230 a pop. what a pip!
And his REAL reason for this "system" is so the "little guys" won't get beat by the casino like he did for years. I think he should be nominated for Sainthood or Time man of the year. He has millions and offers so many freebees with his system, he's probably losing money on every sale. Pure altruism.
