Found this at a charity BJ game.
Player wins half a bet on a push. Dealer only pays half a bet when he busts with a 22. If player busts, and dealer then busts with a 22, player loses whole bet.
Four decks, Dealer hits soft 17,DOA,DAS,Dealer doesn't take a hole card until players finish, but you lose only your original bets if he has BJ.
Pen. is poor, less than 50%, and max bet is $25 per player per round.
What I'm interested in is the ties win half overcomes the dealers 22 pays half gimmick.

Not sure if this is the way to go about it, but WoO says a push on a 22 is worth -6.91%, so I would think that 1/2 a unit would change that to -3.45%. It does not specify about both player busting and dealer busting with 22, but it comes from blackjack switch.

I believe that a push occurs 8.4% of the time, giving a +4.2% bonus for the 1/2 unit on a push rule.

Sounds about right. Note that the playing strategy is going to be significantly different, resulting in even more pushes.
