Travel blackjack in Asia (looking for recommendations)

I'll be traveling through SE Asia including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and maybe a few other countries.

Can I expect serious ramifications if I get caught counting anywhere here? I assume it is legal as in the US, but know that my rights might be significantly less

I definitely agree with Gramazeka. I'm based out of Thailand and know the region well. If you are able to find a blackjack table that you can trust, the limits are going to be very, very low. Furthermore, the region is devoid of advanced plays, probably due to BJT and friends. I would recommend using your skills elsewhere and spend your winnings in the cheap SE Asia countries.
