true edge/red seven

Question about some post I was reading recently. It discusses true edge using red seven count.

Is it not true that the 1 percent edge must be compared to the starting advantage of the game you play instead comparing it to the pivot number? I have not the book here right now so I can not look it up ( arnold snyder blackbelt)

If the RC would be here -6 what will lead to -1% than your true edge will be min 1.5% instead of plus? / see example former post... next lines

Anyway, then he goes on to discuss "True Edge" which is found by dividing the RC over the number of decks remaining x 2.

So if the RC was 6 and there were 3 decks left to be dealt out:

(6)/(3x2) =
6/6=
1%

That would give the player a 1% edge over the pivot advantage of 1/2%, giving the player a 1 1/2% advantage over the house.

No I live my life as a riddle!!!!!

Living your live as a riddle means you are everything people only talk about instead of living it. How many times I have heard I am crazy, a joke or anything in between. But you know.... maybe I am but damn I count them down in 10 seconds, traveling around this depleted united states living the european dream in a country where dreaming is forgotten by the confrontation with your creditcard.....LOL

My teacher Zen for ever a teacher in many ways. I got my answer already during my own questioning.
