Two Deck Pitch Inquiries

I'm planning on moving from the multiple-deck shoe games to the two deck pitch game at my local casino. Is it mandatory for me to hold my cards? Must I scratch the table felt with my cards if I want to hit? Or can I just make the hand gestures as I would at the multiple-deck table? (ie, tap the table w/ my fingers, wave my hand over the table, etc.)

Basically, I just want the tiny edge that the 2 deck game offers.

You will need to follow the protocol set by the casinos for the "eye in the sky" which will very likely demand that you "scratch" and "tuck" your cards.

My biggest problem switching games from the shoes in AC to the hand-held was not touching the cards with two hands. Drove me batty for awhile.
