1) What are the fab 4 for Hi-Lo. I know what the illustrious 18 are for Hi-Lo, but I keep seeing this term called fab4, so what is the fab4 for Hi-Lo?

2)Anybody ever see a 2 deck game that allows mid shoe entry?

1)I think it is the surrender indices, but im just guessing

the fab4 are late surrender indices. published in Blackjack Attack by Don Shlesinger.

with regards to surrender you also have a specific basic strategy for games that allow late surrender. involves 16v9,10 & A . for 6d s17dasls games (that i know of)
